Access Panel Sizes

Our panels span the full spectrum of openings—standard sizes accommodate everything from compact six-inch square doors up through mid-range footprints, while our custom program delivers any dimension you need from six inches up to 48-inch squares (and beyond via multi-leaf designs). Precision in 1/16″ increments, combined with front- or rear-mount frames that sit flush in gypsum board, tile or specialty substrates, ensures each panel installs with only a minimal reveal and is ready for paint, tile, wallpaper or veneer finishes—delivering the virtually invisible integration that defines BAUCO.

Of the 60,000+ access panels we manufactured last year, more than half were built to non-standard specifications. Some projects required small access panels for tight service points or millwork integration. Others needed large access panels for expansive openings—without crossbars or visible hardware. Many involved fully custom solutions with unique shapes, hinge orientations, or specialty inlays. Whether accommodating a challenging framing condition or a specific design intent, the right size and configuration is always achievable.
