48 × 48 access panel

Part of the XL front-mount range, the 48 × 48 panel features an extra-rigid frame, solid finishing bead and concealed fixed hinge to support large wall openings without crossbars. Once installed, only a narrow 1/16″ reveal appears at the perimeter, creating a virtually invisible access point. A continuous EPDM gasket provides airtight and acoustic integrity, and the factory-primed door leaf accepts paint, veneer or tile inlays up to 1/8″ thick—blending seamlessly into high-visibility interiors.
