I have been using Bauco access panels for years on my projects. The panels look great because you barely see them when finished. When ordering their team goes over in detail to make sure the panels are the correct size so we as the end user have no issues with installation. Beautiful, high quality made product we use in all our projects. Last note, companies need to learn from Bauco how to package and ship their products. Just finishing up a basement renovation and installed two of the Bauco plus II access panels. They installed easy and look pretty sexy. They are complimented well with my mud-in supply vents. I was about to putz around with some solution to hide my electrical panel and elected to just order a custom Bauco XL. “I just want to say how satisfied I am with the complicated order we made with BAUCO about 10 years ago. I had measured and drawn up about 40 domestic water access panels for our building (St. James’ House, a strata on the UBC campus), each one unique in shape. Your firm manufactured them and shipped them to us for a very reasonable price, with no problems encountered by the installer. They replaced the original framed plywood access covers, which had to be unscrewed from the ceiling and lowered to the floor (not hinged, as your replacements are). Access is now much quicker and easier, and they look so much better as well. Again, about 5 years ago, I had BAUCO make a single access panel for some electrical equipment on a wall in our church. I installed it myself, and it fits in well (not really noticeable, which is what we wanted), and provides easy access when needed. So, thank you! I’m not likely to need your services again, but am happy to receive your newsletters.”
