You may need personal assistance from our technical team to design and refine a solution. We take the time to understand your challenge, iterate and test possible solutions, communicate ideas with custom drawings, and can provide samples for verification. When you are ready to proceed, one of our Product Specialists will provide a quote within 24 hours. As required, we support the detailed quotations with freight and lead times, mock-up room samples, submittal drawings, and installation instructions supported by tutorial videos. We consult the way you want to consult: phone, email, or video conference. In certain circumstances, we will even come to your site.
Customization
More than half of the panels and air return grilles we ship are customized: a custom size, extra-large, extra-small, L-shaped, round, multi-leaf, specialty board inlay, security hardware. The virtually invisible seams, clean finish, superior sound barrier, and functional access remain the same. BAUCO panels are available paint-ready to save you time!
Documentation
Last year our technical support staff prepared over 1,000 submittal drawings for our clients’ unique requirements. We have the experience and capacity to prepare customized submittal drawings, custom samples, and other technical information you require for your project, when and where you need it.
